Mary Lucus-Flannery, DC is a chiropractor, an educator, a professional marketer and the creator of The Art of Story Project. Mary helps chiropractic entrepreneurs discover, decode, and deploy their most powerful stories.
In undergrad, Mary trained in writing, marketing and communication. After chiropractic school, she practiced in Wisconsin and Iowa, but then made an unusual choice to serve the profession (and her passions) by working in chiropractic college enrollment and marketing. She has worked at three different chiropractic colleges in recruitment, enrollment and marketing. Mary is currently the Dean of Enrollment at Life Chiropractic College West where she has lead the recruitment and enrollment team to substantial growth.
Mary is obsessed with understanding the Millennial Mindset. Her extensive work with young chiropractors has taught her the many ways this new generation offers opportunities for chiropractors to authentically connect and influence an up and coming population.
The Art of Story Project offers online classes to professionals who are seeking to improve their ability to communicate by integrating the timeless craft of storytelling. Storytelling touches people’s hearts and minds and allows shift to occur. Chiropractic and storytelling are a powerful and underutilized combination. Mary wants to change that.
